The history of the A&R Cleaning family is a true example of resilience and determination. Founded by Rodrigo and Ana Lucia Azevedo, the company emerged from a moment of difficulty and became a symbol of quality and trust in the home cleaning service.

In 2006, after facing serious financial difficulties in Brazil, Rodrigo and Ana Lucia decided to start over in the United States. Arriving in a new country, they started working as house cleaners, founding A&R Cleaning. From the beginning, the couple’s dedication and commitment to doing an impeccable job were noticed, and they quickly won over many customers through referrals. The quality of service was so high that demand grew rapidly, prompting Ana Lucia to suggest hiring more employees to expand the company. However, Rodrigo hesitated, and they continued to dismiss new customers or refer them to partner companies. Despite this, they managed to get back on their feet financially and formed a family with the birth of Gabriel in 2010 and Rafael in 2012.

Everything seemed to be going well until, in 2015, they faced the worst experience of their lives: one of their children was diagnosed with leukemia. The treatment was long and difficult, lasting three and a half years, but after much effort the boy was finally cured. This challenging phase brought a new perception to the family. First they realized that a well-done cleaning job is important not only for the pleasure of smelling a clean house, the peace of an organized home, or for the free time left to have quality time with family and friends, but mainly it is important for maintaining health. Cleaning not only prevents diseases, but also helps people who are sick for some reason to stay protected from other diseases by being in safe environments. They also realized that what they provided through home cleaning was exactly what they needed: quality family time. A clean and organized environment allows for precious moments together, making the most of your children’s growth. They realized that their work was invaluable to the families they served. With this new perspective, Rodrigo and Ana Lucia decided to stop fighting against the company’s natural growth. They hired more staff and the A&R Cleaning family continued to grow and help even more families have more free time in a clean and pleasant environment.

Today, with 18 years of history, A&R Cleaning is grateful to the United States for all the opportunities and welcome they received and especially to the dear customers who, in their vast majority, in addition to contributing to the growth of the company through recommendations, remain supported and enjoying our services even in the difficult times. Rodrigo and Ana Lucia strive to repay all trust and support through a meticulous home cleaning service made with love in the smallest details, always taking into account individualities and the well-being of each client, offering them more time to live their own family lives.
